Following the publication of the “Low Voltage Directive” (LVD) in 2007, the effective erythema radiation value may not exceed 0.3 Watt per m2. In order to be able to comply with this directive, the upgrading of old appliances is now required by law. For many of these appliances, Original Hanau not only offers products to comply with these limit values, but also provides “signed and sealed” confirmation in the form of the “0.3 Certificate”.
The certificates are issued individually for every single sunbed, and specify the serial number and the lamp and emitter types to be installed. This confirmation is based both on the contents of the operating manual, and on the products, which have been measured with precision measuring technology.
For this confirmation, we need from you the designation of the sunbed and the serial number, together with the original fitting and the effective erythema radiation value of the sunbed. You should ideally send us the data in the form of a copy from the operating manual.
